Data Protection Notice

This Data Protection Notice applies exclusively for the subscription by Users to B! Digital Newsletter.

The personal data provided by the User in the newsletter subscription form published on B!Digital website (hereinafter “Personal Data”) will be stored into a database placed in Italy and owned by Buongiorno Marketing Services Netherland B.V.( hereinafter "B!"), with registered office at Sweelinckplein 9-11 , 2517GK Den Haag, the Netherlands, who will act as Data Controller.

The provision of certain data (such as e-mail address, user number and password), required for the registration of B! Digital Newsletter, is mandatory and B! can deny the registration to the person who fails to provide such data.

B! warrants and guarantees to store and process Personal Data in compliance with the applicable regulation and law and to adopt all those measures such as technical, organizational and security measures necessary to prevent tampering, loss, unauthorised access or use of the Personal Data.

Notwithstanding the above, B! can not fully guarantee the invulnerability of its security measures against any possible attack or unauthorized access to its technological system that are is impossible to detect by means of using market standard security measures.

The purposes of collecting and processing Personal Data are the following:
* Provide B! Digital Newsletter, containing also commercial communications and marketing materials related to B! Digital, the companies of Buongiorno’s Group, their products and services;
* Manage failures and claims;
* Organize and manage prize competitions.

B! does not collect and transfer Personal Data to third party, except for companies belonging to Buongiorno’s Group and only for the purposes of the present Privacy Notice.

Any User is a Data Subject and can access his Personal Data at any time in order modify or delete them, as well as to revoke his consent in the processing of his Personal Data by B!. The User may exercise its rights by writing an e-mail to the following e-mail account: bdigital@buongiorno.com or a letter to Buongiorno Marketing Services Netherland B.V. with registered office at Sweelinckplein 9-11 , 2517GK Den Haag, The Netherlands, to the kind attention of Marketing , Communication & IR.

In the request the User should provide the following information:
* Name, or company, as the case may be.
* Personal Data he wants to access, modify or delete
